All orders are processed within 4-6 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been processed and on it’s way.
Occasionally we may offer free shipping for returning customers, as a seasonal promotion or for orders with a value above a certain threshold.

If you haven’t received your order in 7 business days please contact us so we can track your order.
Because of the nature of the items, all sales are final.
If a product arrives broken or faulty, we will of course gladly replace it. Please Email us or use the Contact Form if you wish to return an item, within 3 days of receiving. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be made via PayPal to your credit card or PayPal account.
