SHOP - Shipping

Usually within 4-6 business days. You will be notified by email if there are any delays. Please get in touch if you need it rushed.

United State Postal Service

If your package did not arrive within 7 days from dispatch, please get in touch and a tracking code will be provided. Please allow extra time on holidays.

Shipping rates depend on the weight.  Keep your eye out for free shipping and other promotions that we offer to our exclusive mailing list.

Packages should arrive within 2-7 business days. However, postal times are out of our control. Once the order is shipped everything depends on USPS and during busy holiday times there can be delays. Please get in touch if your package did not arrive within 7 business days.

Currently, our items can only be shipped within United States.

We can’t cancel or change your order once it’s in production or it was shipped. Please get in touch immediately after realizing something may be wrong with your order and we’ll try to figure out the best solution.

Yes, all candles, soap bars and oil mixes are handmade with the utmost care and love in a pet free environment.

We use only natural ingredients: 100% Soy Wax 

All of our products are free of dyes and phthalates.

All candles are poured into reusable vessels.

To use a promotional code, please follow these steps:

  1. Place your order.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your Promotion Code at the box indicating “Promotion Code”. Simply type or copy and paste (recommended) the promotional code in this text field.
  4. Submit your order to see the final amount with your promotion discount applied.

There is no minimum order requirement.

Yes, absolutely. Just be sure to enter your email address, but the recipient’s name and shipping information. There is a custom field on the checkout page where you’ll need to specify if it’s a gift and you can also add any other notes or relevant information.

It’s not mandatory to register, you can checkout as a guest. However, if you choose to, we’ll retain your contact details and basic information regarding your past orders. Due to security reasons, we do not retain any card or PayPal account details.
